3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by processing payment and preparing for shipment.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT/taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes.

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers bear return shipping costs unless our error

5.4 Exchanges

Follow standard return process and clearly indicate you’re requesting an exchange. Additional charges may apply for higher-value items.
