All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Flat rate: £12.95
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Available for orders over £50
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original packaging intact
  • Not specially fabricated or custom products

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut metal products (aluminum/brass/copper bars, rods, tubes)
  • Specially fabricated metal products
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Cabinet hardware with opened packaging (may affect eligibility)

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization:

    • Include your order number, items to return, reason, and photos if damaged
  2. Receive Instructions:
    • We’ll respond within 2 business days with RMA number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Package securely (original packaging preferred)
    • Include printed order confirmation and visible RMA number
    • Use trackable shipping (recommended: DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
    • Insure valuable metal components
  4. Processing:
    • Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for inspection

Refund Information

  • Timing: Processed within 3 business days of approval
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • International Refunds: May take additional 5-7 days to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of cabinet hardware or standard-length metal products:
