Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note:

  • Custom-cut metal products (bars, rods, tubes) cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature
  • Opened packaging of cabinet hardware components may affect return eligibility
  • All returns require prior authorization (see process below)
Important: For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on specially fabricated metal products or items that have been installed, used, or modified.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if the item is damaged
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with:
    • Return authorization number (RMA)
    • Shipping instructions
    • Any special handling requirements for metal products
  3. Ship Your Return: Package items securely (original packaging preferred) and include:
    • Printed copy of your order confirmation
    • RMA number clearly visible
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
  • Insuring valuable metal components
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Refunds: May take additional 5-7 days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges of cabinet hardware or standard-length metal products:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  3. Specify the replacement item(s) desired
  4. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item(s)

Note: Additional charges may apply if the exchange item has a higher value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at our expense
