Kits are shipped KD (knocked down or un-assembled) with square-cut ends on extruded aluminum frame pieces and must be cut at 45 deg. angles in the field. Fluted frame pieces are pre-punched for handle and roller installation, complete with extruded aluminum interlocking corners. Kit includes vinyl bug seal, steel ball-bearing rollers, locking handles and hardware required for complete assembly of door. For use in universal applications; designed to open with one finger. Note: Screen Cloth and Spline are not Included in Kit. Use .190 ga. spline for aluminum mesh or .200 ga. spline for fiberglass mesh. Ask about our custom cut program.

1-3/4 in. wide extruded aluminum, .050 thick frame square cut at 49 x 81 in.

The door’s frame rails need to be miter (angle) cut to size for an exact fit to your opening

Two (2) each 1 in. steel spring tension rollers at the top with two (2) each 1-1/4 steel rollers for the bottom

Internal mortise latch with color matched inside and outside pull assembly

Latch assembly includes the latch keeper and screws for mounting to door jamb

Extruded vinyl bug seal with flap and tear-off strips

Includes four (4) each extruded aluminum spur corners that provide tight, secure fit with minimal flexing

Kit does not include the screen fabric or spline, order fabric and .200 spline separately

Easy to assemble and install with a few simple tools
